Our team
A nursery is its staff. This page introduces the people who lead Mosaic and run our rooms, what they are qualified to do, and how they are checked.

A message from the nursery manager
Choosing a nursery is mostly done on websites, and websites are the least reliable way to judge one. So I will keep this short and then ask you to come in. What you should be looking for, in any setting, is how the adults speak to children when they think nobody is watching, and whether the children look busy rather than entertained.
I have worked in early years settings in London and in Dubai for nineteen years, and I have led Mosaic since 2016. What I care about here is small: that every child is greeted by name at the door, that a key person notices when a two-year-old is quieter than usual, and that you hear about the day from the person who spent it with your child rather than from a newsletter.
We are not the largest nursery in Jumeirah Lake Towers and we are not trying to be. We run small groups, we keep our practitioners for years rather than months. That is a deliberate set of choices, and it is fair for you to test them.
So please book a tour on a weekday morning while the rooms are running. Ask to see the classes, the sleep room and our KHDA permit, ask any practitioner how long they have worked here, and ask me anything you like about ratios, fees or safeguarding. If we are not the right nursery for your family, I would much rather you found that out in forty minutes with me than in a term.

The team
Mosaic employs twenty-eight staff, of whom twenty-two work directly in the rooms. Below are the six people you are most likely to deal with. Your child's own key person is introduced to you before their first morning, and their name is written on your child's cubby.

Qualifications & checks
Every one of these is a documented requirement rather than an aspiration, and the full staff qualification matrix is at reception. Ask to see it on your tour — any nursery in Dubai should be able to produce it within a minute.

The manager, the nurse and administrative staff are never counted inside a room ratio. Where a practitioner is absent we cover from our own bank of trained relief staff rather than raising group sizes.

Join us
Average length of service among our room leaders is seven years, which is unusual in Dubai and is the single thing we are most careful to protect. We would rather hold a vacancy open for a term than fill a room with someone who is not right for it.
If you are a qualified early years practitioner, a nursery nurse or an Arabic specialist, we would be glad to hear from you — including speculatively, when nothing is advertised.
Places for the 2026–27 year
The best way to choose a nursery is to stand in the room while it is being used. Tours run on weekday mornings, take about forty minutes, and always finish with time for your questions — no sales pitch, no obligation.
