Mosaic is a single-site nursery of around ninety children. That means you will know every child's name, the manager will know yours, and decisions about your room are made by the people standing in it. We hire slowly, pay fairly, and expect you to stay.

How the day works

Planning time is scheduled into the week, not taken from your evening. Learning journals are written on shift. Room leaders build the rota with their teams, and no one is moved between rooms without a conversation first.

Location

Directly opposite Sobha Realty Metro Station in JLT — a genuinely commutable site from Marina, Barsha, Al Nahda and Deira without a car.
